Shipping & Tracking
- "Free Shipping" doesn't exist in reality so we don't pretend it does. Postage is paid whether at the end at checkout or as part of the product price. Because postage varies based on distance, weight, and carrier selection, we use real time calculations at checkout. That way there's no overcharging, we don't profit from it, and if you buy multiple items, you get the combined weight discounts.
- Many of our items are made to order and will ship in 7 to 10 days. Carrier shipping times are additional.
- All orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
- Items returned due to the customer providing an incorrect address or not responding to USPS/UPS delivery/pick up requests will be charged an additional fee to reship.
- If you have a PO Box, we recommend including that on Line 2 of your address. That way, both a physical address and PO Box is available to reduce the risk of a lost package.
- You can track your item by logging in to your account and viewing the latest status update.

- Pick up times: we are open for pick up Monday-Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM EST

(Butler County in Western PA).

Important information for customers outside of the USA
As we only collect sales tax in USA, you might be subject to pay VAT/ Sales tax and a customs fee upon delivery. Please check your country's policy for imported goods. That is a customs & tax charged levied on you by your government. We cannot collect it or pay it on your behalf.
