I have been very satisfied with the entire process. from ordering to receiving the product. I was in good dialogue with the Metalpeddler throughout the process. The Metalpeddler was easy to get in touch with which is important to me. I would use them again if I need a similar product again.

We got a small Yorkie key holder last year for our pups. We liked it so much that we contacted The Metal Peddler about a custom sign with all eight of our pups and their names. They worked with us so patiently and kindly to get it just right. We were thrilled with the final product. In fact, we still are, and we will be ordering a new custom sign soon to add our two newest members of the royal court. I cannot recommend them enough. We are so happy with our sign and look forward to getting our new one. 6 stars out of 5 - one extra for being so awesomely kind!

This beautifully made and hand-crafted leash hanger is fantastic in my home. It handles all the leashes with deep hooks so that NOTHING falls. It is easy to find on my wall as you go out and beautiful to look at as guests come in. I cannot wait to find something else here at the Metal Peddler

I love the simple, clean look of these well-made hooks. I got 6' hooks for inside my front/back doors (for keys) and the 9' for inside my coat closet (for umbrellas, etc). I'm very happy with my purchase.

Give this company an A+! I wish they made larger items such as pot & pan racks. I had to order them from another Etsy seller and I'm still waiting for that company to process that order even though I placed both orders at the same time! I'll give this company more business!

The seller custom designed this hook for me, as I own a rare breed that was not already in the store. Their machine was broken for a while and I was given periodic updates and the option to receive a refund. The piece turned out great and goes with another one I bought a few years ago for leashes.
