Celebrating 20 Years!
Although Jason began metal crafting in the late 1990's, it was in 2004 that he and Danielle decided to "take that piece of copper and either sell it or make something of it, because we've got bills to pay!" That was in the middle of 2004 and by the end of the year, Jason was doing so well making and selling copper pot racks on eBay, that Danielle registered the domain name TheMetalPeddler.com for his Christmas gift and set to work building their first website!
They've come a long way since then, making products in the oversized shed in their old backyard and packing orders in the dining room! Moving from Virginia to Pennsylvania, over the course of the next 2 decades the business progressed and morphed from fabrication to laser work. With a team of 5, we make and ship products - mostly our very unique and fun key holders & leash hangers - all over the USA, Canada, and the world.
