Our products carry the following warranties:
Key Holders, Leash Hangers, Medal Hangers
We warranty these items for life when used within the limits in which they were designed. When appropriately mounted to your wall with suitable fasteners and used within the weight limits described below, if the hooks fail we will replace the item at no cost to you. Using products in unusual or "out of the ordinary" ways may void the warranty; for example, hanging a full book bag on a hook of a key hanger.
- Mini Key Racks and 6 inch Key Hangers: weight bearing up to 3 pounds (1.36kg) per hooks
- 9 inch Leash Hangers and 15 inch Medal Hangers: weight bearing up to 5 pounds (2.25kg) per hook;
Powder coated finish
Our powder coated finishes carry a 10 year warranty against rust. We will replace the item at no cost to you if the powder coat fails and rust appears on the front of the product within 10 years.
In the event of external damage to the powder coat that occurs after delivery to you, the warranty may be voided. Poor handling when mounting and severe weather events, such as hurricanes and tornadoes, may cause damage and would void the warranty, for example.
