Refund policy

To be eligible for a return,

  • your item must unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition.
  • You will need proof of purchase, such as order number, name and date of the order.
  • it cannot be more than 30 days since you received your order (based on tracking delivery date).
  • Items that are on sale or in discounted collections may be returned for a store credit. 

What to do:

  • You can initiate a return directly from your order by logging in here to view your orders. Complete the reason for the return plus any other information. 
  • We will contact you with further information, if needed.  
  • When re-packaging the item, use sufficient packaging to prevent damage.
  • We recommend that you use a tracking method and insurance to cover you in the event of loss or damage in transit.
  • Include your order number on the package,
  • Shipping cost: in the event that the return or exchange is due to a mistake made by us - such as the wrong product sent - we will absolutely put it right at our cost.
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of return authorization and 30 days from you receiving the order based on carrier tracking.

Damages and other issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure you get the right item.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or personalized items unless we made a mistake with the production of it.

Refunds

We will notify you within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Amount of your refund: 
The initial shipping cost, packaging fee, returning shipping label (if we provided it) and the 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund. 
If items returned are incomplete, damaged or need to be cleaned, an additional fee may be deducted also. 

Returns past 30 days will be assessed on an individual basis. If approved, a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item, we can issue a store credit within 3 business days of receiving the product, or issue a direct exchaange right away if you know what you will be ordering. Any additional costs, example for a higher priced item, design fees, shipping etc may be due.
